ChatGPT约在美国东部时间周四上午11点开始向用户返回错误信息，OpenAI状态页称ChatGPT和Codex出现错误率升高。Grok与Claude也在相近时间出现服务问题，三项服务之后恢复。现有信息未证明三者由同一故障直接导致。
